DOULA

An accompaniment to pregnancy and post partum

I'm here for you, with my different tools and training: adapted Yoga classes, help for preparing yourself physically and emotionnaly to live a wonderful birth, and a post partum with a lot of Love, help and  a maximum of energy!

I'm in Andalousia until june 2022 at least, come and visit me! There are a lot of beautiful places here to give birth physiologically surrended by beautiful midwiwes and doulas!
